A partner at Minickbom, Hayden is a registered architect in New York with a focus on exterior and built interiors. He was formally trained at Pratt Institute graduating with a B.Arch and an M.Arch from Harvard Graduate School of Design where he later met Bom. Hayden continued his passion for architecture at various companies including Rockwell Group gaining experience in hospitality, public infrastructure, and residential projects. He continually strives to create and re-imagine the built environment.

A partner at Minick\Bom, Bom is a registered architect in New York with a focus on mixed-use and residential projects. He was formally trained at the Rhode Island School of Design graduating with a B.Arch and an M.Arch from Harvard Graduate School of Design.
Bom continued to hone his skills at KPF where he gained expertise in the design and implementation of large-scale international developments. He now leads the global strategic management and operations at Minick\Bom.
