A modernist oasis nestled in the heart of the arid desert of Baja Sur, Mexico the house is composed of a series of modernist volumes. Rammed earth walls finished in warm red tones complement the rich hues of the surrounding landscape amid a backdrop of dramatic mountains. The center of the home is an open living and dining area where the interior seamlessly transitions to the exterior through large glass doors framing expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Stepping off the bedroom, the house features an internal plunge pool offering a serene and tranquil escape from the desert heat. Each bathroom is designed to have a spa-like atmosphere offering natural connections to the sky and vegetation. This striking minimalist house in Baja Sur is a harmonious blend of modernist architecture and natural materials, providing a peaceful escape in the heart of the desert.
